I began as an apprentice and was promoted to the role of supervisor. Throughout my 11 year long career with Tasman Power, I was provided with unwavering support and guidance, shaping my professional future. It’s truly a fantastic company to work for!
As one of the earliest team members at Tasman Power, I’ve witnessed our remarkable growth firsthand. Starting as a mechanic for a modest fleet, my role quickly expanded to oversee all freight movements, build supplier relationships, and manage our expanding inventory of vehicles and equipment. Our foundational belief—that “no” isn’t an endpoint but a prompt to explore alternative solutions—continues to drive our logistics operations daily.
I take immense pride in seeing how our team, from apprentices to seasoned staff, has ascended to leadership roles. From a fleet of just five vehicles, I now manage over 300 assets across Western Australia and ensure the efficient supply of materials, thanks to the continuous support and training I’ve received here.
